Remember Rob Knox, who while defending his brother was stabbed to death? His murderer is going to trial in 2009:
A 21-year-old man will face trial for the murder of Harry Potter actor Rob Knox next year, it has been decided.
Unemployed Karl Bishop pleaded not guilty at the Old Bailey to murdering the 18-year-old during an incident outside a bar in Sidcup, Kent, in May this year. He also denied five charges of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm to youths aged from 16 to 21.
Bishop, of Beaver Lodge, Carlton Road, Sidcup, appeared in court by videolink.
