Evanna Lynch and Matthew Lewis release 1000 balloons on the Millennium Bridge to celebrate the release of “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” DVD

Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood) and Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) launched 1000 balloons from the Millennium Bridge in London to celebrate the pre-order release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince on DVD. But it wasn’t just to celebrate; here’s more information:

Each balloon has a card attached featuring a unique code that will entitle the holder to register online at www.warnerbros.co.uk/harrypotterballoon between 1 October 2009 and 4 December 2009 for entry into the grand prize draw.

The grand prize draw will take place on 7 December 2009 – being the date on which Harry Potter and the Half-Blood PrinceTM is available to buy on Blu-ray and DVD.
