Wow. I was not expecting a trailer like that. I thought there’d be more Harry/Ginny/Hermione/Ron but I guess the memories are a HUGE part of HBP. This was good, just not what I expected. Finally, we got something! Wow, it took forever for that haha.

Now that’s a trailer! I’m still finishing the book (again) but I will say that the memories in the Pensieve are some of my favorite chapters. I’m interested to see how they look on screen. :o)

i just dragged my dad over to watch it. he means well, but he just not in to harry potter. but he asked to watch it 2x. he even took off his glasses to get a better look. people, i think we now have a believer.
man it was dark, but in a really good way. germioneg247 i totally agree w/ you. i was expecting it to be chock full of ships, which is fine b/c i love them all anyway. but ginny was just like standing in her soaking wet bathrobe and ron was lying on the ground desiring a bezoar, but w/e it was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, I’m totally blown away. Seeing this trailer, and knowing they’ll have to cut the hell out of book 6 to get it into one film, makes me wish they’d done the 6th film as a 2-parter as well as the 7th! I can’t wait!

thats harry running through the weeds. do you remember a while back the added scene script leaked? in the scene, harry and ginny are outside, alone, together!!!!! and all the sudden, greyback and bellatrix come and theres this battle scene. the growling thing in the tralier was greyback and harry was gallantly rushing to ginnys aid. gawd novembers gonna be amaxing!

oh, and i was watching it again, and i have a question if anybody wants to hazard an answer. so when they show the clip of dumbers around all that fire, thats gotta be the cave/inferi scene, no question, but if you pause it, on the ground where dumbledore is standing, theres like these, crystals. its looks so random, but i dunno, theyre in a cave, so maybe….anybody else see it??

Yeah, Taylor, I saw that, too. I’m not sure where I saw it, but somewhere there was a person who said they were basing the cave off a salt cave or something, and it’s mostly digital. So, I’m not sure why they have it, and I’ve never seen a salt cave before so I don’t know if that’s what it looks like, but that could be why. But that’s just a guess.

Can’t believe there not putting in the whole Lupin Tonks thing..i just loved it! I got such a big shock when i found out it was him she loved. it was one of my many favourtie Love stories in HBP
ug, people hate me all you want, but i did NOT like the lupin/tonks thing. ick. i love tonks to death, and i LOVE lupin, but, eh…. it was horribly sad when they died side by side and i love teddy, but, eh… im not wild about it.
i think if they studk L/T in the movie, the nonobsessed population would have no idea whats going on. oh well

vive xe I was trying to show Alex yesterday and the computer was being retarded so we watched the beginning part like 20 times. It gets a bit annoying when you can’t watch the whole thing. :/ After literally 15 minutes it was up though. Haha. So yeah, I’ve seen the beginning probably about 40 times. The whole thing I’ve probably seen 10 or so times. lol
Read an interview involving rupert grint. He spoke with MTV on the set of his upcoming film Cherrybomb, and offers a consolation for those who hoped for something more:
“It’s only a teaser, just to get people excited”
