Hogwarts places 36th in list of Scottish private schools

March 31, 2008 by Wendy Boswell

No surprise here….I mean, who in their right mind wouldn’t want to go to Hogwarts, right? I sure would!

THE magic school conjured up by JK Rowling has appeared on a league table of the best Scottish educational establishments.
Harry Potter’s Hogwarts school was voted 36th in the online ranking – one place above Edinburgh’s £23,000-per-year Loretto School.

And the fictitious school for aspiring wizards scored more than three out of five in all categories ranging from atmosphere to discipline. - source
