Harry Potter Audio Books - Listen!

by Wendy on March 6th, 2008

My kids LOVE listening to stories, and once they found out they could listen to Harry Potter audio books….well, that was IT! Jim Dale is the voice behind all the Harry Potter audio books, and if you click on the links on the jukebox below, you’ll be able to listen to excerpts of him reading from all seven books in the series.

I thought Stephen Fry was reading the audio books ?? Been listening to all of them…
or is that for the UK only? Is there a different reader to read the American version?

Momo, yes, I think you’re correct. As far as I know Jim Dale is the reader for these.

Yes , jim dale does some really good job here . By the way , really good looking blog here . I am also addicted to audio books . I really hate books . I think paper books will disappear in next 30 years.

jim dale reads the american version and stephan frye reads the uk version. there are some minor differences between the two. you can get them out of the libriary and copy them. i’ve done both versions and enjoy both very much
