Fleur Delacour will most likely NOT be in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

According to the MTV Movies Blog, Clémence Poésy, the actress who plays Fleur Delacour, will not be in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince; at least, she hasn’t been called in yet, and since they’ve been filming already for six months there’s little chance that she will be at this point.

So I’m guessing they’re going to kind of gloss over hers and Bill’s engagement in this film, but there’s no way she’s going to get out of being in Deathly Hallows, since she figures quite prominently in two of the most major scenes of the book: Death Eaters invading her wedding with Harry, Hermione, and Ron making a narrow escape; then hers and Bill’s cottage (Shell Cottage) being used as a refuge (and the death scene of Dobby).
