  Granada who is producing this project seems not
  to know just how large Emmas fan base is .
  No mention from them on the movie to be shown
  other than the UK or even if DVDs will be on the
  offering . This is about as sad as it gets for Emma
  fans . Emma is HARD CASH in the bank what is

  Just for those people saying what a biiig celebrity Emma Watson is and all, I say kudos to her for engaging in such a project where she stays away from trying to be a glitzed up hollywood star and instead she tries to play several new roles in tv films and whatnot. she doesn’t need (and doesn’t seem to want it for that matter) anymore hollywood titles under her belt but she wants to grow as an actress by doing actual meaningful films like this. I like the pics so far, it reminds of such sweet films like The Indian Princess, Billy Elliot, Anne Frank. And woohoo, its releasing in UK =P

  Blah, you’ve expressed my opinion completely. I’m glad Emma doesn’t think it’s beneath her to do TV projects like this. However, she is NOT the best actress in the world. She is good, and improving, but I believe she will never be amazing until she gets away from wasting her talent on the blasted Harry Potter movies. The part of Hermione Granger is, quite frankly, dull in the books, so it’s hard for Emma to try and make her slightly more interesting. With Ballet Shoes Emma has proved that she can act for real, not just as Hermione Granger - a part which a six year old could do - so I’m glad. You all probably think I’m a cynic because you love her so much but that’s life.

  Well thats ur opinion i honestly think she is the most amazing young actress, and a strong, confident, and smart woman. When i heard she was in Ballet Shoes, i watched the trailer and fell in love with it but i am stuck in the U.S. and probably won’t ever see it. Life can suck! But one day i hope to move to London, England or at least visit! See ya then Emma!
