More casting news for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
W00t! Okay, this from Movievine:
UK free newspaper METRO print edition informed that actors Jack Davenport, Peter Rnic, Stephen Rea and Naomi Watts are in negotiations for different parts in the next Harry Potter movie, Half-Blood Prince, schedule to start shooting in September. It’s still unknown the roles they will play.
Shall we do some speculation here?
Naomi Watts will play Narcissa Malfoy, Draco’s mother and Lucius’s wife.
Peter Rnic, either as Rufus Scrimgeour (takes over after Cornelius Fudge) or Horace Slughorn, new Potions professor after Snape takes the Defense Against the Dark Arts position.
Jack Davenport, who…I have no clue who he would play. Maybe Bill Weasley?
Lastly, Stephen Rea, who I think would be good in the Dark Arts position.
