Dumbledore is ‘definitely’ dead, says JKR

At the second charity reading at Radio City Music Hall here in New York tonight, JK Rowling said that Dumbledore is “definitely” dead, quashing the far-fetched rumors that he was still alive and in hiding. She also said that of all her characters, she would most like to invite Harry, Hermione, Ron, Dumbledore, and Hagrid to dinner, that there is more to Aunt Petunia than meets the eye, and that a new and improved title for book seven struck her this morning in the shower, which she may end up using.
